All content included on this web site such as photos, text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of Conscious Eating’s owners or its suppliers.
SHIPPING POLICY
There are no hidden fees on your order. The shopping cart located in the upper left corner of your screen shows the current amount as your order progresses.
Every order over $99.00 is shipped free of charge to most locations in Canada. Very exceptionally, for some remote regions of Canada, shipping fees may be higher. We will contact you by email before shipping your order if this is the case.
A fee of $15.00 for shipping and handling is only added to orders of less than $100.00 and appears in the shopping cart. This fee disappears from the shopping cart as soon as the order reaches or exceeds $99.00.
RETURNS
Conscious Eating takes responsibility for any return within 7 days of receipt of the order, including shipping costs, in the case of errors on our part (if the wrong product was shipped, etc). If there is no error on our part, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the order, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in saleable condition with no signs of any damage and in original packaging. In all cases, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before shipping any product back to us.
